Games/Snack: We love to open up the time playing group games and enjoying snacks.

Scripture: We typically go through a book of the Bible & allow for plenty of discussion.

Small Group: If time allows, we will get together in small groups for intentionality.

Prayer: Ending our time, each week, with prayer as a group

I want to impact the next generation to love others well, serve joyfully for the Lord and to know God deeply in their hearts. The youth of today will become the future church and it is vastly important to raise them on sound biblical principles. I love the ability to give back to kids now, remembering all that my leaders had done for me.

Hi, I’m Sarah Thomas! I live in North Kansas City with my husband Keaton and our goldendoodle Winnie! I love our youth kiddos, and I am passionate about creating a space where our youth can establish a firm foundation in their walk with Jesus. I want our youth to be fully equipped to continue following Jesus through college and into their professional careers.

Hi everyone, my name is Nic. I’m one of the volunteers that helps out with high school ministry here at NLCC. I am passionate about equipping young Christians in the faith and helping them grow in Christ. I also have a super cool awesome wife and 2 dogs that I love to go on adventures with.

My wife Aubrey and I started attending New Life in 2019. We felt called to serve with the youth to help be a source of truth in a confusing world. It brings me great joy to help equip the disciples of the future.

Many people invested in my faith from a young age which greatly impacted the trajectory of my life. I’m so grateful for those who encouraged me in my walk with the Lord and I want to do the same for others. My greatest hope for the youth is that they would truly fall in love with Jesus and know His love for them to the fullest.
